이용약관

이 약관은 주방덱(Deck the Dish, 이하 “게임”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 내려받거나 플레이하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 이용 허락
개발자는 이용자에게 게임을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 비독점적이고 양도할 수 없는 권리를 허락합니다. App Store를 통해 받은 경우 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)이 함께 적용됩니다.
2. 금지 행위
게임을 무단으로 복제·배포·판매하거나, 역설계·변조하여 다른 사람에게 제공하는 행위를 금지합니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위는 예외로 합니다.
3. 지식재산권
게임의 코드, 그림, 문구, 소리 등에 대한 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다. 게임에 포함된 오픈소스 구성요소는 각 라이선스를 따르며, 오픈소스 라이선스 페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
3-1. 광고와 유료 상품
iOS 앱은 무료이며 광고가 포함됩니다. ‘광고 제거’는 한 번 구매하면 계속 적용되는 인앱 상품으로, 같은 Apple 계정에서는 ‘구매 복원’으로 다시 적용할 수 있습니다. 결제·환불은 Apple의 정책을 따르며 환불 요청은 Apple에 해 주세요.
4. 이용자 데이터
개발자는 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않으며 진행 기록은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 광고 서비스의 정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침에 적었습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해 주세요. 기기 변경이나 앱 삭제로 사라진 진행 기록은 복구할 수 없습니다.
5. 서비스 변경과 면책
게임은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 개발자는 업데이트를 통해 게임 내용을 바꾸거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 게임 이용으로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
6. 약관 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.

These terms govern your use of Deck the Dish (“the game”). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms.
1. License
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you obtained the game through the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute or sell the game without permission, or reverse engineer or modify it and provide it to others, except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
All rights in the game's code, artwork, text and sound belong to the developer. Open source components included in the game are governed by their own licenses, listed on the Open Source Licenses page.
3-1. Ads and paid items
The iOS app is free and contains ads. “Remove Ads” is a one-time in-app purchase that stays in effect; on the same Apple Account it can be re-applied with “Restore”. Payments and refunds follow Apple's policies; please request refunds from Apple.
4. Your data
The developer does not collect personal data, and your progress is stored only on your device. How the ad service handles data is described in the Privacy Policy. See the Privacy Policy for details. Progress lost by changing devices or deleting the app cannot be recovered.
5. Changes and disclaimer
The game is provided “as is”. The developer may change the game through updates or stop providing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game.
6. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the update on this page with its effective date.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For questions, please use the Support page.

本規約は、キッチンデッキ（Deck the Dish、以下「本ゲーム」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本ゲームをダウンロードまたはプレイした時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 利用許諾
開発者は利用者に対し、本ゲームを個人的かつ非商業的な目的で利用する非独占的・譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。App Store から入手した場合は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA）もあわせて適用されます。
2. 禁止事項
本ゲームの無断での複製・配布・販売、およびリバースエンジニアリングや改変をして第三者に提供する行為を禁止します。ただし、法令で認められる範囲を除きます。
3. 知的財産権
本ゲームのコード、イラスト、文章、サウンドなどに関する権利は開発者に帰属します。本ゲームに含まれるオープンソースの構成要素はそれぞれのライセンスに従い、オープンソースライセンスのページで確認できます。
3-1. 広告と有料アイテム
iOS アプリは無料で、広告が含まれます。「広告を削除」は一度購入すると有効になり続けるアプリ内課金で、同じ Apple アカウントでは「購入を復元」で再度適用できます。支払い・返金は Apple のポリシーに従い、返金のご依頼は Apple にお願いします。
4. 利用者のデータ
開発者は個人情報を直接収集せず、進行データは端末内にのみ保存されます。広告サービスによる情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。端末の変更やアプリの削除によって失われた進行データは復元できません。
5. 変更と免責
本ゲームは「現状のまま」提供されます。開発者はアップデートにより内容を変更したり、提供を終了したりすることがあります。法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、本ゲームの利用により生じた間接的・付随的な損害について責任を負いません。
6. 規約の変更
本規約を変更する場合は、施行日とともにこのページでお知らせします。
